Fishing has turned on in the Matagorda Bay Area with most guides catching limits of trout and redfish. Wind was good the last few days, especially in the mornings. Fish over mud and shell and live bait seems to be the best bet. Caught some fish on Kelley Wigglers in the Black and Chartreuse paddle tail color when water was not dirty.
